# How to transfer a domain to Panther.software (AuthInfo / EPP)

To transfer an existing domain to Panther.software without DNS or email downtime:

1. Request the **AuthInfo / EPP** code from your current registrar and unlock the domain.
2. Start a transfer on the [Domains](https://klient.panther.software/en/domain) page or open a support ticket so we can mirror your DNS and MX records beforehand.
3. Approve the registry confirmation email; once completed, the domain appears under **Domains** in your Client Portal.
