Terms of Service — Panther.software

These Terms of Service govern electronic services, managed SPACE web hosting, domain registration and renewals, and use of the Client Portal at klient.panther.software operated by TAEURO TATIANA BARTELMUS, ul. Białowieska 38/27, 54-234 Wrocław, Poland, VAT ID (NIP): PL8971370100, REGON: 93161309300000, trading as Panther.software (“Service Provider”).

1. Scope of Services

Panther.software provides managed shared hosting accounts under SPACE plans (Virtualmin / Webmin environment), domain registration, transfer and DNS management via accredited registrars (OVH / NASK), and agreed technical administration.

2. Orders, Billing and VAT Invoices

Subscription services are billed annually according to the pricing published in the Client Portal. Official Polish VAT invoices (inFakt / KSeF) are generated automatically upon payment and made available in the Billing section.

3. Automatic Renewals (Stripe / EasyPay)

Clients may store a payment card via Stripe and opt into automatic service renewals. Auto-renewal can be toggled on or off at any time in the Client Portal prior to the due date.

4. Support & Domain Registry Rules

Technical and billing support is provided through the Help Desk ticket system and at contact@panther.software. Registrations in the .pl namespace are additionally governed by the NASK .pl Domain Name Regulations (dns.pl).
